The Planning Physical Loads Course from the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) aims to provide participants with precise scientific knowledge to design and organize sports training programs safely and effectively. Duration:
The course includes 56 study hours, which must be completed within a maximum of 3 months from the registration date. The course is online and includes theoretical material, course book, training videos, and audio lectures via the Academy’s platform. Students will also complete quizzes for each chapter and a final theoretical exam on the Swedish Academy platform.

Exams and Passing Requirements:
All theoretical exams at SAST are conducted online through the platform, with random questions drawn from a question bank based on the course curriculum. They are automatically graded, and results are displayed immediately after the exam, according to a defined pass/fail system for each course.
Quarterly Quizzes:
Students must pass a series of mandatory chapter quizzes before proceeding to the final exam, as follows:
A mandatory quiz for each chapter of the theoretical material.
- Each quiz contains no more than 10 multiple-choice questions.
- Exam duration is based on the number of questions (1 minute per question).
- The passing grade for each quiz is 80%.
- Each student may retake the quiz an unlimited number of times.
The final theoretical exam cannot be taken unless all chapter quizzes have been successfully completed.
Final Theoretical Exam:
- Students are allowed to take the final exam only after successfully passing all mandatory chapter quizzes.
- A minimum score of 60% is required to pass the final course exam.
- The final exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, each with four options.
- The exam duration is 50 minutes from the start time.
- Each student is allowed a maximum of two attempts to pass the exam.
- Students who do not succeed in the two attempts may request an additional attempt for USD 50 per attempt.
Graduation Certificate:
Upon completion of the course and successful passing of all exams, students receive a course completion certificate sent directly to their email and stored in their personal profile on the Academy platform. The certificate is officially accredited and endorsed by:

- International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE)
